- Tours include transport by Coaches/ cabs/ Tata Sumo/ Qualis, accommodation at halting places and guide services in coaches only.
- Shared accommodation on twin sharing basis during tours will be made available.
- Cost of package tour is inclusive of all tolls and taxes but exclusive of food, travel insurance, pony/porter/dundies and other expenses of a personal nature.
- We provide the cleanest available accommodation at scheduled places of night halt.
- Night halt schedule is liable to change subject to availability of accommodation and road blocks.
- Package tours are operated on availability of minimum number of seats as given below:
- 27 seater (2X2 Coach) 20 to 22 seats
- 15 seater (2X1 Coach) 13 to 14 seats
- Tourist Taxi cab/ ambassador 04 seats (Max. 10 seats)
- Tata Sumo 06 Seats
- Qualis 07 Seats
- Ponies/ Porters/Dundies (local palanquins) are available at additional costs for :
- Jankichatti –Yamunotri 14 km trek (Hanumanchatti Jankichatti
7km by local jeep
- Gangotri – Bhojwasa – Gaumukh 14/ 18 Km trek
- Gaurikund – Kedarnath 14 km trek
- Govindghat – Ghangria 14/20 km trek
- 90% refund of the total amount will be made in case of cancellation of tour 7 days prior to date of departure of the tour. No refund will be made in case of cancellation within 7 days of departure of tour.
- Tour operator is not liable for cancellation / delay of tour due to natural disasters or adverse weather conditions and there will be no refund in such cases.
- Any dispute, claims r legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of District Dehradun, Uttarakhand within 30 days of completion of the tour.
